What we do…

At BSL we have extensive experience working with a wide range of clients with differing needs. From homeowners requiring advice on a wall removal, extension and loft conversion design to larger schemes involving bespoke house design or new flats, multi storey buildings, offices, basements and retaining structures. We have knowledge of design and detailing on steel, concrete, timber and masonry.

We use various CAD platforms to develop plans and detailed drawings and state of the art engineering software to assist with design to ensure that our clients’ projects meet their brief with creative and satisfactory solutions. We will guide you through the process, providing advice and support every step of the way.

We offer comprehensive structural reports for both residential and commercial properties. Our reports cover everything from initial inspections to detailed analysis of any structural issues. We provide clear and cons recommendations to help you make informed decisions about your property.

At BSL we provide project management and contract administration services for all types of constructions projects. As well as structural and building design we will work with you to develop a schedule of works, help propose a suitable contract, obtain tenders, administer the contract and undertake meetings and inspections of work on site.
